Through their childhood and adolescence my two sons spent many hours in the Children's Hospital as a result of sporting injuries and accidents.  I am extremely grateful to the staff of the Children's Hospital for their expertise and compassion in caring for my boys and all the other thousands of children they have helped over the years. I'm taking part in the  Onya Bike 4 Kidsride  and I would love your support in raising much needed funds for the Sydney Children's Hospital Foundation. Your donation, big or small, can make a real difference. Thanks for your support.
    Gold Week 2010*
Imagine what you were like as a five year old, full of curiosity and enthusiasm for life, making mud pies and playing superheroes. This year Sydney Children’s Hospital’s major annual fundraiser Gold Week turns five, and to celebrate finally becoming a ‘big kid’ we want to raise as much money as possible for all of the other kids treated at Sydney Children’s Hospital!

Click 'More Information' in the menu above or visit www.goldweek.org.au to find out more about Gold Week and Sydney Children's Hospital!

Kaaren Watts250.00Congratulations in advance, Michael, on taking part in such a worthwhile (and extremely challenging) event! I'm thoroughly impressed that you are going to cycle all those km and will drop into all those great towns. I wish you all the best with your training and also in the actual event. I hope you have invested in some good 'support and comfort' cyclewear because 1000km involves a long time sitting in the bicycle seat (which involves a lot of wear and tear on the crown jewels). All the best. Kaaren
Ben Macoun50.00Good cause, good work mate.

Belinda Goodenough100.00I suspect folk have been telling you to get onya bike for years. Hope the fundaraising goes well - and not just because I have a vested interest in a week's peace and quiet to myself.

Peter Birrell50.00Best wishes, Michael. Tell the kids that Tony Abbott is not the best role model for exercise - He's probably shortening his life!
